About Me – Serhio Kellen
I’ve always been fascinated by change—not just as an idea, but as an experience that shapes who we are. Whether it’s moving to a new country, starting over in life, or stepping into the unknown, I’ve come to believe that how we navigate uncertainty determines our growth.

My background is in engineering, a field built on logic, precision, and structure. But while studying technical sciences, I found myself increasingly drawn to a different kind of problem-solving—the way the human mind adapts to challenges. Psychology became more than just an interest; it became a personal pursuit. I wanted to understand why some people thrive in uncertainty while others feel paralyzed by it. That question led me deep into the worlds of neuroscience, philosophy, and personal transformation.

At the same time, sports became another way for me to test and understand resilience. Training has taught me that the limits we think we have—both physical and mental—are almost always illusions. The ability to push forward, to embrace discomfort, and to stay disciplined in the face of struggle isn’t just useful in fitness; it’s a blueprint for life itself.

My own experiences with relocation, uncertainty, and reinvention inspired me to write Living Between Worlds. I know what it feels like to leave behind the familiar, to question whether you belong, and to wonder if you'll ever feel at home again. But I also know that these moments of discomfort are the beginning of transformation.

In my writing, I bring together the best insights from psychology, philosophy, and real-life experience. My goal is simple—to help others turn fear into fuel, uncertainty into clarity, and change into an opportunity for growth.

If you're navigating a transition in your life, I hope my work can be a source of strength and guidance.
